Ingredients

• Green’s Vanilla Sponge Mix
• 250g Glace Icing
• 1 Bag of M&Ms for Buttons
• 1 Tube Writing Ice To Decorate
• 12 Orange Fondant or Cut Peel for Noeses
• 1 Box Orange Matchmakers

TO PREPARE THE SNOWMAN BUNS

1. Make up vanilla sponge mix as per instructions and separate out into bun cases.
2. Bake and allow to cool before continuing.
3. Ice with glace icing.
4. Top with a marshmallow.
5. Use the M&M’s for buttons and a half matchmaker for each arm.
6. Draw on the faces using writing icing and shape the noses from the orange fondant or cut peel.
