TO PREPARE THE REINDEER CUPCAKES:
- Make up chocolate sponge mix as per instructions and separate out into bun cases, before baking.
- Once cooled, pipe evenly with chocolate frosting.
- Use white chocolate buttons for eyes, red smarties/m&m’s for the nose and halved pretzels for the antlers.
- Decorate further if you wish.
