Chocolate Tart

Ingredients

  • Green’s Chocolate Sponge Mix
  • 250g Chocolate Icing
  • 12 Red Smarties or M&Ms
  • 24 White Chocolate Buttons
  • 2 Medium Sized Egg
  • 175g Softened Butter
  • Water

TO PREPARE THE REINDEER CUPCAKES:

  1. Make up chocolate sponge mix as per instructions and separate out into bun cases, before baking.
  2. Once cooled, pipe evenly with chocolate frosting.
  3. Use white chocolate buttons for eyes, red smarties/m&m’s for the nose and halved pretzels for the antlers.
  4. Decorate further if you wish.
