Prepared as per pack instructions.  An average blondie is calculated as 1/16th of the prepared blondie.

Preparation Instructions

You Will Need: 100g Melted Butter, 2 Medium Sized Eggs

Pre-heat oven to 190°C / 170°C fan oven / Gas 5.
Grease the sides and base of a 18cm x 18cm square tin and line with baking paper.
Melt 100g of butter in a bowl or jug.
Empty the blondie mix into a separate large bowl and add the two eggs and melted butter. Stir together gently with a spoon until well mixed.
Place the mixture into the baking tin and spread out with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted 5cm from the edge of the blondie comes out almost clean.
Allow to cool before removing from the tin and cutting into squares.

Delicious served warm with ice-cream.
