Ingredients
Sugar, Wheat Flour (𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭 Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), White Chocolate Chips (17%) (Sugar, Whole 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 Powder, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Flavouring), Vegetable Oils (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Modified Maize Starch, Cornflour, Flavouring.

Preparation Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 190°C / 170°C fan oven / Gas 5.
Grease the sides and base of a 18cm x 18cm square tin and line with baking paper.
Melt 100g of butter in a bowl or jug.
Empty the blondie mix into a separate large bowl and add the two eggs and melted butter. Stir together gently with a spoon until well mixed.
Place the mixture into the baking tin and spread out with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted 5cm from the edge of the blondie comes out almost clean.
Allow to cool before removing from the tin and cutting into squares.
Delicious served warm with ice-cream.
