GOLDEN SYRUP (24%):
Partially Inverted Refiners Syrup
For allergens including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.
Also, may contain oats & egg.
Mix 500ml of cold water, an egg and the pancake mix together until smooth.
Heat 1tsp of oil in a 20cm non-stick frying pan until just smoking hot.
Swirl the oil around the pan until the base is covered.
Pour some batter into the centre of the pan, and roll around gently to cover the base and allow to cook until just set.
Turn the pancake carefully, or flip if you dare.
Cook both sides until golden brown
Repeat until all the batter is used.
Serve with the golden syrup drizzled over the warm pancakes.
