Prepared as per pack instructions with a medium sized egg, vegetable oil and skimmed milk.

 

Preparation Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 190°C (170°C for a fan oven) 375°F, Gas Mark 5.

Place muffin cases into the muffin tin.

Place the muffin mix into a bowl, add a medium sized egg, 30ml (2 tablespoons) of vegetable oil, 100ml (6 tablespoons) of milk and stir gently until the mix is moistened.

Using a spoon, divide the mix equally between the 6 muffin cases.

Bake for 15 minutes in the centre of the oven until the muffins have risen and are firm to the touch.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
