Store in a cool, dry place.
Empty the sachet of icing mix into a large bowl and add 50ml of cold water.
Stir gently until most of the icing mix is wetted, and then whisk on a high speed for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes thick, glossy and able to form peaks. This will take much longer if using a hand whisk.
Use the icing to decorate as your recipe requires. Allow the icing to set by storing in a cool, dry place for 12 hours, or overnight.
