How do I place an order?
You can place your order online via our website.
What is your return Policy?
We have a 30-day money back guarantee return policy for all product accompanied by a receipt, for products that fail to meet your expectations.
Please be aware of short dated stock – these are clearly labelled at the point of sale with the best before end specified and are heavily discounted to reflect the reduced life of the product.
I am having difficulty checking out online, who do I contact?

How do I pay for my purchase?
Pay using a PayPal account, or proceed as a guest to use a credit/debit card.
How can I cancel my order?

How can I check my order status?
You can check on your order status online. If you are a registered customer, you can view your order history and status by logging into your account and clicking on the “Orders” link. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed before checking its status.
Is pricing the same as it is found in-store?
The prices charged on the website are the suggested retail price (SRP). We are not permitted to dictate to retailers what to charge for our products.
We frequently have special offers on offer a great range of exclusives that can only be purchased direct from the website.

Will I receive shipping information once my order has shipped?
If you have given an email address during check out, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information specific to your order.
What do you charge for delivery?
We aim to offer a cost effective service for all our customers. Our standard charges are below

Can I have an exact delivery date?
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee an exact date.
We are working hard to ship out orders as soon as possible and our current shipping times are 2-3 working days if placed on Monday-Thursday. It is taking around 4-5 days if placed on Friday-Sunday, but all orders should be no longer than 10 days.
Will my order come all in one box?
If it is a large order it will more than likely arrive in 2 or more boxes.
How will my parcel be packaged?
We are mindful of our impact on the enviroment, so where possible aim to use recyclable materials.
Your devliery will arrive in sturdy cardboard boxes, carefully packed with paper filled when needed, sealed with brown paper tape.
How do I make a return or exchange?

Currently we offer shipping to the U.K and Europe. If you would like further information, please contact us.
What happened to my favourite products? Did you discontinue it?!
In order to keep up with our new ideas, we do occasionally discontinue products based on consumer demands. However, if it was a favourite of yours, we’d love to hear.
We often bring back products when we get a large calling for them, such as Strawberry Sponge (Tom & Jerry Cake) or Raspberry Blancmange. To put in your request, please email us and we’ll look what we can do.
I would love to carry your products in my retail store – how do I go about coming a wholesale customer?
Please contact us using the “trade enquiry” option on the contact us page. Or sign up on the Wholesale link located on the top menu.
Do you offer any free shipping programmes?
Yes – throughout the year, we offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Order over £20 are eligible for free shipping in the UK, and over £30 for our International customers.
You can sign up for our email list at the bottom of our page to receive notifcations of our promotions.
What best before date can I expect on my product?
We aim to send all products to you with a minimum of 3 months best before date remaining on the product.
We offer great discounts for short dated stock. All short dated stock can be found in the ‘Short Date Clearance’ section of the website. The product best before end is detailed in the product page.
All products sold by Green’s have a ‘Best Before End’ rather than a ‘Use By’ date on them, meaning that if the product is past the date on the packaging, it is still perfectly safe to eat, but might just not be quite the same level of quality as the product that is still within date. For example, the colour may not be quite as vibrant, or the flavour not quite as strong.
