Ingredients

TO PREPARE THE CHRISTMAS BROWNIES

  1. Gently warm raspberries with the icing sugar until jam-like.
  2. Make up brownie mix as per instructions and pour into oblong tin.
  3. Randomly top with the marshmallow fluff and the raspberries.
  4. Swirl slightly with a skewer.
  5. Scatter over the pistachio nuts.
  6. Bake for approx 25-30 mins until just set.

(optional) Serve with a scoop of ice-cream
