Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp Mustard Powder
  • 100g Grated Strong Cheddar + 30g for Topping
  • 20g Dried Parmesan (Grated)
  • Green’s Scone Mix

TO PREPARE THE CHEESE SCONES:

  1. Add above ingredients to dry scone mixture then make as per pack instructions.
  2. Glaze and then top with the extra grated cheddar.
