  • Green’s Original Pancake Mix
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • A tub of Bombay potato mix or any vegetable curry

TO PREPARE THE BOMBAY VEGETABLE PANCAKES:

  1. Make up the pancake batter by following the on pack instructions.
  2. Cook the pancakes by following the on pack instructions.
  3. Warm your bombay potato mix or your vegetable curry.
  4. Spoon the filling onto each pancake and fold in half, or in quarters.
  5. Serve warm.
