- A tub of Bombay potato mix or any vegetable curry
TO PREPARE THE BOMBAY VEGETABLE PANCAKES:
- Make up the pancake batter by following the on pack instructions.
- Cook the pancakes by following the on pack instructions.
- Warm your bombay potato mix or your vegetable curry.
- Spoon the filling onto each pancake and fold in half, or in quarters.
- Serve warm.
