HORACE'S HINTS - Mini Victoria Sandwiches
INGREDIENTS:
- Victoria Sandwich mix
- Icing sugar
DIRECTIONS:
- Follow instructions on pack
- Grease and line a muffin tin with greaseproof paper (a small disk in each)
- Divide mix into the muffin tin
- Place in oven at 165 C for approx 14-16 mins
- Leave to cool before removing
- To decorate, slice top off each mini cake and fill with the jam and cream
- Dust with icing sugar
