HORACE'S HINTS - Rock Cakes made with Oat & Raisin Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

  • Oat & Raisin Cookies Mix

DIRECTIONS:

  1. make up as per instructions.
  2. Place 10 - 12 small handfuls on a greased baking tray.
  3. There is no need to try and make the mounds neat.
  4. Bake for time stated on cookie carton plus an extra 5 minutes.
  5. You can make fewer and larger size rock cakes but then you will have to increase the cooking time.
