HORACE'S HINTS - Carmelle Creme Caramel

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pack of Green's Carmelle
  • White Sugar to cover ramekins

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Do not use the Carmelle syrup sachet.
  2. Prepare Carmelle as back of pack using half single cream and half milk.
  3. Pour into ramekins and leave to set
  4. Sprinkle surface with white sugar and place under hot grill until sugar melts and turns brown.
  5. Leave until melted sugar cools and hardens.
