HORACE'S HINTS - Carmelle Creme Caramel
INGREDIENTS:
- Pack of Green's Carmelle
- White Sugar to cover ramekins
DIRECTIONS:
- Do not use the Carmelle syrup sachet.
- Prepare Carmelle as back of pack using half single cream and half milk.
- Pour into ramekins and leave to set
- Sprinkle surface with white sugar and place under hot grill until sugar melts and turns brown.
- Leave until melted sugar cools and hardens.
