Carrying on Over 100 Years of Tradition

In 1907, a Brighton grocer called Horace Green developed exclusive recipes for cake mixes and started to sell them in his own shop. His products were so successful that in 1912 he built a dedicated production facility, and was soon supplying the whole country with quality, time-saving, easy-to-bake cakes and desserts.

Today the company that bears his name is part of the world-renowned Kerry Foods group, and carries on Green's tradition for producing quality mixes that help you bake delicious cakes, cookies and other delights - baking together and sharing with friends and family.

Green's mixes made at our modern facility in Thurcroft, Yorkshire are now sold all round the world - making Horace Green's vision of easy baking now truly global.
